On a positive note, the hotel had a great location, being close to the train station and a 5-minute drive to Windsor Castle. The beer garden provided a nice place to sit and the restaurant offered good food. there was a very good Indian restaurant nearby.
The cleanliness of the rooms was a major disappointment, with stains on the mattress, flat and lumpy pillows, and dust-covered fake logs in the fireplace. The bathroom was also not clean, with cigarette ash and dirt in the bath and a stale smoke smell.

This makes it a convenient choice for exploring the surrounding areas, including the bustling city of Windsor. The hotel offers basic amenities at a reasonable price, making it great value for money. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring that guests feel welcomed and taken care of during their stay.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect with the train station just across the road. It was so convenient to catch a quick train to Windsor castle, very close by. The staff at the hotel were helpful and the breakfast was delicious. I also loved that there was a great pub just across the road, where I enjoyed some fantastic beer and food.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Convenient location near train station and short walk to Windsor. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room with excellent bed and nice shower. Tasty breakfast included. Enjoyed peaceful atmosphere.
